Please allow for up to 3 weeks for delivery on all international orders as packages could get held up in customs.
Most items ship within 2-4 days (within the U.S.). Orders are shipped either via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and they both include tracking.
International orders are shipped via First Class International or Priority Mail International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, as packages sometimes get held up in customs.
Oh no! It's rare that our items arrive damaged as we try to securely package each item with high quality packing materials - but things happen!
Just contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email email@example.com with a few photos of the damage and we will file a claim. We will send a replacement once the claim has been processed. A refund/replacement will not be issued until the claim has been processed.

We accept cancelations within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours there will be a 20% restocking fee.

I'm terribly sorry to say that we currently don't offer logo designs. There are a ton of beautiful brand designers that would be a better fit for you!

Unfortunately we cannot change your order or the price you paid for your items once the order is placed. So even though we aren't able to honor the new sale, we run sales throughout the year so keep your eye out for the next one!
