I will not resell or share Peach and Valley’s digital files, parts of the files, or modify the files in any way and claim the files as my own.

I will not share or upload any of the video tutorials. All instructions, techniques, and instructor content is exclusive to Peach and Valley and this membership.

I can use this cut file to make and sell items for personal or business use (painted/finished or as wood blanks).

I can use the edited flat lay marketing photo provided to me each month for selling purposes.

I understand Peach and Valley’s photos are NOT to be used for my product listings on Etsy, any other website, or for any other selling purposes.

I understand I cannot use any of Peach and Valley’s finished, unfinished, or painted images to advertise on my own social media platforms of any kind.

I promise to respect all members of Peach and Valley’s Membership Group. This includes not taking any images, from members without permission from the member.

I understand that if I do not abide by the terms and guidelines listed here I can, and will be removed from the membership and group with no refunds or notice.
